Great Knife set

Great quality and does an excellent job. This set has everything you need in one block. I would but them right up there with higher costing brands any day. Amazon basic is a great value and brand.Exceptionally sharp and easy to maintain an edge with the honing rod.Comfortable to hold and use.Cuts like a dream.Just as good as the high end German made knives most chefs use. With. 30 + years of cooking I’ve used about all then brands.I can say with ease these are an exceptional value for the quality.And they look great as well as feeling wonderful in the hand.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the home cook or aspiring chef.

Knives good, Scissors bad

Knives work great; however, the scissor stopped working soon after purchasing. They constantly were squeaking and getting stuck. I assumed it just needed some grease, but to my surprise, they were actually rusted and deteriorating on the inside.
