Amazon Basics 9-Piece Premium Knife Block Set

I have bought several expensive (and some inexpensive) Wusthoff knives and found they beat all the kitchen knives I owned before, so I am skeptical of other knives and the claims of quality and performance. But, I had to try this set because of good reviews and very low price. I liked the hand feel right from the start, They are heavy, balanced with a good grip and ability to focus cutting force on things being cut. I agree with other users that they don't come as sharp as the Wusthoff knives (razor sharp) but cut well. I sharpened them to a razor edge and it made them even better. Just amazing knives at an incredibly low price!
