Great Product
By TCC Ron on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2015
Bought this for my 2015 Tundra to keep my big dog (Weimeraner) on the floor in back and off the front seats. Easy to install, great fit, and effective. I like the fact that I can see through it to check on him, and he can see me as well. One tip - when hooking the bungie cords be sure the smooth part of the hook is against the seat. Otherwise the end of the hook could scratch or tear the seat material.

The product itself is fine, a little flimsy
By girlonabudget on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2015
The product itself is fine, a little flimsy, but ok. It did not come with any instructions on how to secure it, I did the best I could, but couldn't not get it to look like it does in the photos. I do not know where they are hooking it to. I have nothing on the bottom to secure it to, and on the top, anything you could attach it to, is more over the back windows, and therefore too far back. In any event, I tied it around the headrests, in order to get it as high as shown in the photos, which is what I need, so that the dogs do not climb in the front. It did not work -- they ended up knocking it down and it came apart from the headrests. It's a fine product, it's just not the product for me. Unfortunately, I will be returning and looking for something with more structure that the dogs cannot push on.

Hinders our dog’s trek to the front seat

The barrier/net seems sturdy and comes with everything needed to install easily. We have to small dogs 15 and 12 pounds so could not push their way through the net. However, the smallest very persistent little girl who NEEDS to sit on the lap of the person in front did manage to climb her way over the top. The net itself does do what is supposed to and well worth the price.
Big disappointment, waste of time & money

Well I had hoped that this would keep my dogs in the back of my Jeep Wrangler. It worked for about 2 days until they learned they could push around the side of the netting and climb into the back seat. I'm glad I didn't spend much more than $10 on this other wise I would have been upset that it didn't work. I tried this because the other option was over $100 (almost $200). Mounting was not all that easy. The top mounted just fine but the sides were a big problem. I had to fabricate mounting tabs that I could then secure using the existing hardware for the hard top. Because the sides aren't structurely strong and nothing holding the side in place, my dogs were still able to push around the side. I did notice that it reduces visablity quite a bit. This might work for a small dog but my labs learned quickly that it would hold them back.
2020 Honda Pilot- Not a good fit

The quality is okay for the price. I bought this for my 2020 Honda Pilot - not a good fit. It came with four small bungee cords to attach it, but there is no where to hook the bungee cords for the top corners other than the grab handles above the driver's/passengers heads. Makes getting in and out of the car a bit awkward as the bungees are in your way. Couldn't get it to stay put and the dog was able to get around it. I'm not saying the product is defective or of poor quality, it just doesn't fit my SUV.
Its amazing! And I'm so glad I didn't spend more!

Comparing to other similar products online, I figured I try out this (much) cheaper option first, and I am anything but disappointed! This subtle net has been SO incredibly effective in teaching our 1 year old golden retriever to stay in back. She had a nasty habit of trying to climb up on the center console of our SUV (and then subsequently trying to climb into the front and on our laps) but now she just lays down on the back seat!! I'm amazed how well it works with other products being anywhere from $50-$300.
You can be very creative with this piece of fabric/mesh.

I have 2 dogs and drive a Kia Sorento. Bought intentionally to keep dogs in back. Our German wire hair quickly just hopped right over the middle. So I was very creative with this item. I folded in half and sewed each side put headrest all the way up and is slips perfectly over the headrest I tie down the back on little clips on back of seats and it pulls tight. Easy on easy off. Dog stays put and I can see through it while driving. Win win. Very happy with the mesh thickness as the dog will rest her head on top of it once in a while. Should hold up for a long time. Perfect for the price with a little creativity,
Good not great.

Didn't fit in my car, but that doesn't mean it won't fit in anyone's car...just didn't work in mine. I'm not really sure where I would say to put this to be honest. It's kinda weird the way it attaches.
Not useful for taller dogs!

If you have a taller dog.. don't bother. I'm not sure why I thought I could make it work when the picture itself has a gap in between the netting and the roof of the car 🙃. I honestly wasn't sure where to connect the bottom hooks though, so there's that. Either way, the product itself is alright, I feel like if a dog really wanted to, they could definitely rip through it and it is not useful when you have a bigger dog with a big head who just sticks it right on over the top like a goof.
I could see some room for improvement/modifications

I could see some room for improvement/modifications in the design as it does two things I do NOT like: 1) the bungee cords are too close to the head; but 2) the lower bungee cords have a tendency to pull the screen downwards and crimp the seat cover I have so that does 2 things, lowers the screen whereby my dog can still jump over it to the front seat and crimps the seat cover exposing parts of the back seat. If the lower bungees were redesigned to be adjustable and have less tension it would solve both problems.
