Contains bags and dispenser container, very reasonable price.

The bags are sturdy and durable, with no issues of tearing or leaking. They’re a great size (9" x 13"), which makes clean-up easy, even with larger messes. I also really appreciate the multicolor rolls, which add a nice touch of fun to an otherwise less-than-glamorous task. Compared to other people, I actually got it for our baby girl. When we go out, we always carry ziplock bags for her diapers, but we thought doggy bags would work better because there are a lot in there and way cheaper than ziplock bags. I personally didn't need a dispenser container, but the dispenser is compact and clips to a diaper bag. The rolls fit smoothly in the dispenser, and they tear cleanly without any hassle. Overall, this is an amazing value for the price. If you’re a pet owner or go out a lot with babies and are looking for a reliable, eco-conscious, and cost-effective solution for daily cleanups, I highly recommend these!

First couple bags of every roll are wasted.

They're basic dog poop bags, but nearly every roll in the box has these odd crimp mark punctures. This makes the first bag or two a leaky waste. See picture of puncture marks. The rest of the roll is ok, but it still sucks to have to peel off and trash multiple bags every time.
