Love this product

I love this! I use this during my daily 45 minute walk with my dog with knee supports from Futuro (3M) I can hardly feel any back pain now even after sitting at my desk all day. I also greatly reduced the pelvic and upper leg aches. Update of my review above: This is my 4th order because the effects of the belt just spreads by word of mouth. I ordered for my 86 year old dad who suffers from back pain and my staff who suffers from Scoliosis. Both have told me of marked improvements and are no longer suffering back aches. This recent order is for my remaining staff who also suffers back aches at the end of the day hunched over their computers. Recently, I have not been going on my walks due to bad weather. As a result, I have pelvic pains. I wore the belt for less than an hour and it went away :) So glad I have this !

Good quality, but too big for an average woman.

This belt is a Large. It's too big for an average woman's frame. I'm 5'7 and weigh 135 lbs. I wouldn't recommend this for women. But, the quality is good. If you are man and looking for a good back support belt, this one should do.
