This works great, the angel on the back disappears as the cup gets hot while the one on the front appears. Got it for my wife for Valentine's Day and she loves it.

Great gift for your Weeping Angels fan as long as they don't drink coffee

Pretty to look at in and out of the box. The mug seems of typical poor quality for such novelties. Hand wash only using hands only. Temperature for change is higher than I expected. Put it on a shelf with your other Doctor Who collectables. The video link provided is hilarious.
