Burt's Bees 100% Natural Moisturizing Lip Balm

To start this review I’ve purchased from this seller at least 5-6 times before this recent order, and I will say I’ve never had any issues with product or with the speed in which the merchandise has shipped…until now. I ordered a 4 pack of pomegranate Burt’s chapstick and 2 of them came with a production stamp from 2014. Which is almost 10 year old product. The other 2 are products made in 2023. The issue is that I reached out to the merchant to see if I can get a possible replacement but they don’t not offer refunds. So I tried to get in contact for an exchange of sorts because I want product that isn’t 10 years old that’s been sitting on a shelf or in a dusty warehouse. The 2014 chapstick clearly has a different feel, super gritty and almost like the chapstick is drying out my lips which is literally insane. There’s also a cast that it leaves on my lips which is what led me to check the label in the first place. Also I understand that it may not seem that serious but I won’t be using the old product and considering it’s chapstick, they’re actually quite expensive to just throw them away.
