LOVE my Staub!

I LOVE my Staub! This pan is heavy and durable. I have been grilling on it through the winter and it has not warped, it cooks evenly every time. I have a glass fault-top stove (that I hate) which bares no effect on this pan.

Good for your meats

Good for meats but a little bit tough to clean. Not a good idea to buy these from third party Marketplace sellers - many of them buy factory seconds (aka rejects) and then resell them here at full price as first quality items, which they are not. You cannot tell the difference from the packaging, so always a good idea to get them direct from a trusted source like direct from amazon since they are not cheap.
