There were 2 strap hooks missing. I called the number on the paperwork for Spree and they got replacement ones out to me right away. The quality of the carrier is good and the size is perfect for two kittens for a trip to the vet.

I bought this for my cat, I’m unsure if it’s supposed to have something holding the back together. I bumped it and my cat got out and ran off.
