Took a while to fluff up, but it got there eventually. Great pillows. Comfortable and washable, what more could you ask for?!?

I am not happy with the product I received

I am not happy with the product I received. When I think of a pillow I think it's going to be a bit puffy. Not a flat square that is exactly what this "pillow" is. There is no support whatsoever. Very dissatisfied. Reminds me of a dog bed.
