LIFECHANGING
By Kindle Customer on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2018
I never write reviews, but this seemed like something I should really tell people about. My hair is thick. Like, crazy thick. And pretty long too, halfway down my back. With my regular brush and some fancy leave in conditioner, it was taking me 20 minutes to brush through my hair. 20. Minutes. It was ridiculous. 20 minutes of struggling, pulling, crying and cursing. I was getting to the point where I was asking myself if it was even worth it anymore, like maybe I should just cut off my long, thick hair. So, as a last resort I bought this brush. To keep all things fair, I timed myself using the exact same products I normally use, minus the leave in conditioner. I did the same thing I always do and started sectioning off small areas of hair to work on. I started the first section. Guys I’m not kidding, the brush glided through like BUTTER. I was able to complete my ENTIRE head of hair in 3 minutes and 40 seconds. THREE MINUTES. It was nothing short of miraculous. I literally cried at the end. So, long story short, this brush cut my brushing time down by more than 75%, didn’t hurt, and saved me from cutting my hair. So, if you’re like me and have long, thick hair that’s hard to brush when wet, I definitely think you should give this a shot!

Entire brush has a sticky substance.
By DeeDee M. on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2024
I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves brushing his very long hair in the shower and was obsessed with mine. This particular blue is his absolute favorite color and was a perfect birthday gift! We were both so excited until we took it out of the packaging. The entire brush was sticking to our hands. You could see my entire finger print pressed into the brush. I’m a hairstylist so I know how wet brushes are suppose to be. I believe this is just a very old wet brush that hasn’t been stored properly. I tried get this sticky stuff off but it was getting worse. The return process was not your normal return and at this point I was afraid they wouldn’t accept the return with it being worse after trying to clean it. So then I used rubbing alcohol. Well that helped a bit but then removed the wet brush stamp. So I figured I’d ended up not getting my refund and then be out for a brush I already over paid for because I wanted this exact blue. It took an hour scrubbing the brush with rubbing alcohol and now it doesn’t even look very nice just so we didn’t have to find a print to print off a label wait for them to respond and maybe maybe not receive a refund. In the end it’s all unsticky, doesn’t look the greatest, but is usable.
