Paper tags say "Celebrate" & "Party Time"

The good news: Estimated count was 400 and bag had 405 kisses. Also, the expiration date was 16 months from delivery. The bad news: These are advertised as Hersheys Kisses, but when I opened the pack, the paper tags inside the foil say "Celebrate" and "Party time." This was not specified in the item description and was not what I wanted to put in Valentine candy bags for students. The disconcerting news: The outside of the bag is labeled "River Finn: Honoring our Heroes" and there is no ingredient list, nutritional value, etc.
