I use to relieve back pain. It works but not a effective as I thought according to the description.

BUYER BEWARE! PUMP DID NOT WORK TWICE!

I ordered this product because I heard many good things about it. I ordered 2 and both that came did NOT work. One of them the PUMP is broken… the other one, the Belt does not keep in air. When I ordered a replacement, the pump from the new one that came ALSO DID NOT work! How can they sell a product like this? Such a big waste of time having to deal with 2 returns… Now if I want to purchase another one to replace this, I have to pay MORE money? How does that make sense? I purchases this for $65 and now it’s worth $99? With NO option for a replacement? Some garbage company for a Crap product. DO NOT BUY this POS. Buyer Beware!!!!!
