Best cleaning tool I have ever owned

this is one of the best cleaning tools I have ever owned. The steam is powerful and cleans so well. the lift away is genius. My showers look better than they ever have. My bathrooms all in all look great now. Wall cleaning is much easier. The floor mop also works extremely well. I had an old model Shark Steam Mop and there is no comparison. This one works so much better and easier. I am so happy with this product.

Works, Lack of Advertised Attachments is Frustrating.

Cleans the floors OK, you can fit older model pads to save you some cash. The portable is a bit disappointing. The attachment that looks like a small iron works the best, however the other attachment included didn't work well. I want to try it again, but I wasn't impressed. The remaining attachments they advertise are impossible to get, even from Shark. They offer no reason. Convenience wise it's nice, the fill is easy and it takes seconds to fire up. If they had the attachments I could recommend this product but the lack of availability coupled with the cost of the replacement cloth's and packaging of them prevents me and somewhat baffles me to no end. Search on.
