Perfect for breakfast sandwiches

I make a lot of freezer meals. Sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins are a family favorite. I will easily make 30 at a time. I bought 2 of these to make eggs for them. I just rub oil on both sides of the griddle plate, add the egg, bust the yolk and season. In 3 minutes, I have perfect eggs for breakfast sandwiches. They are perfect for McGriddle sandwiches too. I make mini pancakes also. I highly recommend,

Cooks eggs well

I’ve been using this for a while now to cook eggs at work. It works well, but could be improved. It just gets too hot. It goes well beyond the temperature you need to cook an egg. As long as you’re paying attention, it’s fine, but it will blast furnace your eggs to oblivion if you let it! Takes a while to cool down and clean/store it too.
