Cuisinart 13Pc Classic Induction Stainless Cookware

I had to get all new cookware when I got an induction range a few months ago (NONE of my cookware was induction ready but one small double boiler!). I did not want to spend a fortune, and this set looked good. Amazon had the best price with Prime! Since it was Cuisinart brand, I felt fairly confident that it would be at least "good enough." I was VERY pleased when it arrived! This set is lovely, and I think it compares well with very expensive cookware I have seen locally at high-end kitchen stores. The exterior is highly polished stainless, and looks very pretty-I have had no problems keeping it clean and stain- free, but I do not put it in the dishwasher. The interior is also stainless except for one small frying pan which is non-stick. I have had no problem with the stainles interiors sticking, but do sometimes have to let things soak. One pot did turn kind of cloudy after boiling some water, but I put a little vinegar and baking soda in it, and it took the white stains right out. I love the strainer lids and the steamer insert. The set includes most everything you need for basic cooking tasks. We have added a couple of LeCruset specialty pieces, a large non-stick frying pan, my double boiler and a tea kettle, and I really have everything I need for stove-top cooking. I highly recommend this set for price, quality and looks! This would be a great wedding gift!
