Replaced our blender, Magic Bullet and food processor all with one amazing unit.

My wife and I love this system. I use the tall blender for Shakeology shakes. She uses the single serve and the food processor regularly. Easy to use, easy to maintain. It's a bit quieter than our old Hamilton Beach but does an amazing job blending large items. Crushes ice well. I would have no idea it was refurbished if I didn't know that ahead of time. This one unit has replaced our food processor, magic bullet and blender all in one easy, great looking and powerful blending system. Bought the purchase plan just in case because it gets used twice a day but one month in and no issues whatsoever.

Very disappointed in the product

Purchase a warranty on the product. Didn't take out 3 year additional warranty because I'd expect a product to last at least 3 years. Broke once a year. First time was within warranty and they supplied parts immediately. Second time it failed where internal plastic switch broke, and out of warranty and they were unable to support the product through the warranty. Very disappointed in the product.
