Belmint Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat

Just received 3rd unit Massager itself appears to be in good shape, but also appears to be a used unit (although maybe it was a previous unused return), **missing remote**. Did not return since previous unit (from 2nd purchase) remote works with this unit. Box appears to be re-taped and damaged, remote insert wrapper opened and remote missing in package. No remote included - checked to see if it just fell out. Once again I like the Belmint product, but would not advise due to the continued unreliability issues. Will not use Shiatsu rollers on this one since i don't favor them, but do enjoy the pressure so am experimenting. Will see if this one lasts. If not they have lost my patronage. 2nd unit received Removable mesh lining didn't last long (1st time needed replacing within 6 months) zipper broke upon trying to remove. - Replaceable parts hard to find and not clearly defined. Replacement liner did not fit well upon receipt, and once again had no longevity. - Really liked product, so bought again, and once again mesh lining ended up with large holes in it again within a few months (@ 3-5 Months). Wore socks and they now have holes due to shiatsu rollers. Shiatsu rollers dug into feet and became really uncomfortable. - Twice thought overall product was initially very good, but product did not last very long. 3 stars due to product is very likeable; with one major exception - lining does not last which diminished effect of product itself.
