This makes powerhouse juices!!! It may take some getting used too.

This thing makes apple sauce out of apples! It works well, but this thing is a super extractor!!!! You get ALL the nutrients out of the fruits and vegetables you run through this thing! The pulp that comes out as waste resembles wood! It's a very thorough extractor. It will take some getting used too, but overall this is a quality juicer. Start small and think power shots! I would say to start with something like - 1 apple, a bunch of seedless organic grapes, and a bunch of cilantro. Try that out first, then expand from there. You will need to use fruits and veggies that contain a lot of water!

bad quality and poor customer services

The juicer worked fine for about a month. After a month the plastic started to crack. Then after 3 months the small piece that locked the juicer in place also broke off. Customer service was terrible.I contacted then online and sent pictures of the broken parts along with the proof of purchase. After about 3 weeks I received a response asking for proof of purchase and pictures of the broken part which I sent in the first email. There was only a place to attach one picture. We were stil able to use the juicer but it was unconventional. About 9 months after purchase the juicer quit working completely. We did not even try to contact customer service because our experience was so bad before. I would not recommend this juicer. For the price it did not last long and customer service was terrible.
