Among all Zhen knives I have, this is the sharpest.

Watch cracks on the blade - it is dangerous.

This is not the knife you'd like to have. It cracks after non-extensive 8 month of use. I used it in my kitchen for bread slicing when found the crack on the blade. It was not anything hard during that cut. Looks like 66 layers of supporting steel did not help much to crack VG-10 main blade. So a lot of disappointments with the product, which was positioned as "made in Japan from one of the best steel" and it has price tag supporting it. There is no return policy for that kind of damage, that I can find to return or exchange it. If you bought it or going to buy from ZHEN, be ready for that, and check the blade every time after usage to prevent having small chips of "the best steel" in your food.
