Faulty design- very scary.

The metal tube has a cap on one end that came loose, and some type of liquid came out before I inserted this into the bottle. I have no idea if the liquid is digestible, or even poisonous! Glad it fell out before I inserted this! Otherwise, I might not have been alive to warn you.
