Sleep Yoga Side Sleeper Arm Rest Pillow

I bought this prior to my shoulder surgery (torn labrum) since I am a side sleeper. This pillow is soft yet very sturdy and really does help position your arm at a good height while sleeping. I have now had my shoulder surgery. And have been using this pillow to help prop my arm up. My arm is in a sling, and I need a pillow to help keep it up at night when sleeping. This pillow has been perfect for it. Overall I really like the design and it has worked really well. I just don't know if it's a little overpriced? I used regular pillow cases on it, because the pillow cases that are made for this were 30 bucks for 2 and that was outrageous. A normal pillow case works just fine. overall I would recommend this pillow for anyone who has shoulder issues and is a side sleeper.
