Merer 5Pc Magnetic Cutlery Set

We ordered this knife set twice and both times it was a very disappointing experience. The first time we ordered, we received only the magnetic board and no knives. The board had a tiny, but still visible crack. We decided to place another order since the reviews were very good. The second order included both the magnetic board and the knives. The magnetic board looked bad, the bottom corners were smashed and there were some glue marks on the front side of the board. All knives had various scratches and abrasion marks on the handles. Unlike the magnetic board, the knives did not have their own box and were just wrapped in bubble cushioning. We meant to use this product as a gift, but quality control, packaging, and overall presentation are simply unacceptable.
