This is a very well-built adjustable standing desk that allows you to sit OR stand at your existing desk. It adjusts to multiple heights and is large enough to handle two 24" monitors easily. Might even fit bigger screens if you don't put anything else on it. It's very sturdy but that sturdiness comes with weight - the unit is very heavy so it's only suitable to put atop a sturdy desk. And get someone to help you lift it. NO assembly required, just put it on a cleared desk and you are ready to go! I use it to stand part of the day, and sit part of the day to give my feet a rest. The best of both worlds.
