Wrap Organizer Equinox

The product itself looks functional and sturdy. But I ordered a black one and they sent me a chrome looking one. If I wasn’t going to use it out in the open, I’d just go ahead and use it. However, my plan was to mount it to the side of my refrigerator - where anyone who walks into my kitchen can see it - and the black basket would’ve fit in seamlessly with my black appliances. The chrome look just stands out like a sore thumb. It’s very frustrating to me that I have to go through the hassle of returning it. If the seller could provide some good customer service, I’d be more than happy to change my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
