Holy moly !!! This was the best 22 dollars I have ever spent. I was worried upon purchasing the item due to hw little money I was paying weather or not it was going to be worth it. And let me tell you wow, this was worth the measly 22 dollars I spent. This is not the first time I have used one of these so I knew what to expect. I have tried it 4 times since it was delivered and now I am using the highest level, 10 in tension and wow this baby is powerful. The unit s simple and easy to use and control. You will need the jelly to place on pads when using this so make sure you purchase the jelly. I bought extra pads because eventually the stickiness does go away, but if it comes down to it just use a little medical tape to make sure it stays in place if loses stickiness. any setting above 4 can be very jolting so ease your way up to what is comfortable for you. After using the unit the area you targeted feels so relaxing. It does stress muscles out like your biceps, shoulders, etc so it does give you a good pump and work out if your using the unit for that purpose. If you have never used one I suggest giving it a try, you only live once and you will become addicted! I know I am.
