A necessity for any pug parents with limited storage
By Heegs on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2017
Honestly, this has been my most favorite Black Friday purchase ever. I’m a millennial and a tech geek so that’s really saying something. When I was a college student, I was only able to afford a cheap dirt devil stick vacuum that seemed okay. After college, I jumped on the automatic vacuum bandwagon and bought myself a Bobbi (it’s like a Roomba). It seemed to work decently considering that I had laminate flooring and no dog. Now, I’m living in a carpeted apartment with a pug that seems to shed and grow a new coat every single day. I decided to make one of my first adult purchases and go for a quality vacuum over something cheap. THIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It’s compact and so easy to use. It picked up pet hair, dirt, dust, and everything else incredibly. The roller is extremely easy to clean and does not get tangled like other vacuums I’ve used in the past. The only small caveat is the small waste compartment which is a tradeoff for its compact size. Make sure to dump it out before it hits the max fill line or you’ll find yourself having to dig some of the dirt out yourself. It’s great and I can’t wait to have more storage in the future to buy a full size dyson. Long story short: This is a great vacuum for anyone living in an apartment, or with limited space, that owns a dog that sheds like crazy. Empty the waste compartment frequently to avoid having to dig out the dirt inside of it.

Great, if it works

Bought a refurb unit in November as a deal of the day. Didn't think much about the 6 month warranty because it's a Dyson. Shouldnlast a long time, right. Well, after 3 months, mine started acting strange. First it didn't hold a charge too long, then it started "revving" while charging. (I thought someone was playing with trigger, but no one was near it), then I pushed the trigger and the blue lights flashed with no suction, and finally, I plugged it in to charge and the lights went off. Took it to Dyson for repair, motor has a short circuit, and a new partnis required, which of course is not in stock. So now I wait as my warranty clock ticks away. When it was working, it was really good. Vacuumed dog hair like a champ. My only complaint is that the canister filled with hair very quickly and needed to be emptied frequently. It was so convenient and lightweight that I tended to use it as my primary vacuum. Hope the repair is successful, although the technician noted that it was a refurb and looked at me as if I were a fool for buying it.
