My Wife Loves It!
By G. Linn on Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2016
I gave this a "5" star rating because it more than exceeded my expectations. I ordered this WITHOUT talking to my wife about. Usually, this gets me into trouble, but, not this time. I have to admit that I ordered on the "spur of the moment" without doing much prior research. There is a newer, V8, model available but I didn't know why I should pay a lot more for it. Before it arrived, I called up YouTube reviews on my TV. My wife asked "why are we watching this?". I said "because one is on it's way!" I was concerned about which, if any, of the tools (accessories) came with it. They do. There were 3 small nozzle/brush tools and a short roller brush. So far, my wife hasn't used any of them. I'm thinking that a lot depends upon your home (like do you have stairs or not). Everything looked new and was well packaged. I'm thinking that the long, flexible, tool would be good for ceiling work, like for a ceiling fan. Note that the charger/sweeper holder can only accommodate (mount) 2 tools. This is not a major concern, but, I was able to "3D print" a "tool holder" and mount it on the wall next to the sweeper which holds all 4 tools. My wife likes this very much for probably obvious reasons: 1) It is light, 2) No cord, 3) Easy to use, 4) Works very well on carpet and hardwood flooring and tile, 5) Easy to store and get out/replace. So far, she has just been using the "lower" suction mode and that has been perfectly adequate. The "lower" suction mode gives you the maximum battery life. This sweeper may replace an "upright" vacuum for an apartment or small home, but, I don't think you should automatically assume that you should toss your upright. The only drawback I see is that this refurbished model has only a 6 months warranty versus the "standard" 2 year warranty. While purchasing this, I opted for a low-cost extended warranty through Amazon. I have purchased a number of "refurbished" items in the past and have not been disappointed.

Worst Purchase I ever made
By Karen P. on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2017
Worst purchase I ever made. I purchased this item refurbished and it did work fine at first. When it works, it picks up wonderful but that's the issue, it consistently is not working and I am no longer able to use this less than a year later. 1. It picks up so much hair that I can only go a few feet and the hole at the bottom is clogged. I then have to stop, take it apart and unclog it. 2. The canister fills up quickly. While this is a good thing, its picking everything up, I have to stop repeatedly to empty it. This was not a good design. If it picks up this much, the canister should be bigger, it won't vacuum when it's over half full, for a pet vacuum this is not ideal. 3. By the time I do all of the above the battery charge is lost because it's been over 20 minutes so I am unable to complete the job. This vacuum should have never been made or marketed for pets or animals. It's only use would be for light vacuuming like a dust buster with more reach. It's so disappointing because as I mentioned, when it works it picks up so much stuff but the design does not support what it's capable of doing which makes it worthless. I thought this would be great for stairs and my pets and it would be if it worked. I don't think this is a refurbished issue because that wouldn't change the issues I am having. It just can't handle what it picks up, very poorly designed. I'm past the point of a warranty and out a vacuum and that money.
