DII Spooky Napkin Rings (Set of 6)

The ones I received do not look like the picture in the listing at all. They have blobs, areas that are not painted, areas with so much paint it bubbled and popped, one section that was still wet and little bits of the paper became stuck, the underside of several rings are not finished so they will scratch whatever they are on, and it looks like there are little bits of something under the paint as the finish is textured in spots. I didn’t expect perfection, but overall they look like dollar store items and not worth the price I paid. They went back.
