NUTRICHEF Electric Countertop Food Dehydrator

I love my food dehydrator! If you don't have enough food sliced up to fill all the trays still keep the unfilled tray in it when you run it or the gap will fill with room temperature air and prolong the time it takes to dehydrat.. Also the user manual isnt great but you can get the info you need about drying times off the Internet. This machine is a bit noisy so I use it in the garage or put in a room no one is using. It's really easy to use, the timer works great and I think it's easy to clean the trays with a soapy sponge and water. Make no mistake though, it's a very labor intensive process to dehydrate food. I invented a recipe of sliced ripe bananas dusted in unsweetened cocoa powder and they tasted so sweet and yummy but with no added sugar. This is definitely a solid product and I highly recommend as long as you realize the time you'll invest to dehydrate food! (In my case it was needed for camping food).
