New World Pet Dog Crate, 25" x 18" x 20"

42inch crate: It will do, but I’m disappointed. The packaging was not damaged, so I’m confused why the crate seemed so smashed down when I opened it. At first glance, the panels appeared bowed, but I was hoping once I put it together that’d change - it did not. It was difficult to move any of the panels to unfold the crate because the clips were holding onto pieces of the crate that they should not be. Once I managed to fix that issue, I unfolded the crate and stood up the side panels. The panels don’t want to properly clip into place like they should - it’s almost as if each panel is the incorrect size just by a bit. I toyed around with the crate for quite a while making sure this wasn’t a user error and it was not. I also discovered the tray was broken as well. So overall, will it hold our new puppy, yeah, but I expected more from this brand. If it wasn’t such pain, I would return it.
