This product and company receive 5 stars for many reasons. First, the product itself is great. It was easy to assemble, durable, and safe. The main reason I purchased this swing was for my 15-year-old special needs son. He loves swinging, but the special needs swings can sometimes be difficult to get him on. I thought since this was low, it would be perfect and I was correct! He loves it! I also thought my younger children and their friends could use it and they love it also. My daughters are under 3 and they and their friends love playing on it as well, and it fits 2 of them and they can play and swing and have lots of smiles and laughs on it.I also wanted to write a review due to the customer service and warranty. A couple weeks ago 2 of the straps ripped. I figured it was just because we use it a lot and was still usable, but because we loved the product, I was thinking about ordering the same one to replace it. When I went back to look it up, I saw they had a 1-year warranty and by the time I looked this up I was literally 2 days away from having it for a year. I thought it couldn't hurt to see if they would cover it, so reached out, had great customer service, was told to send the original invoice, and a few days later was notified they would ship out a new platform! This company makes a quality product and stands by their warranty! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Kids love it

I bought this for the kids as a Christmas present. I wanted something they could all get on at once and swing together. It works great. Assembly was a breeze, tooke 15 minutes, I used a rachet to tighten the I bolts because they not only attsch to the chain they are place on all 4 corner joints and they hold the frame together. We have a standard swing set with room for three swing accessories. I just took the old baby swing down and replaced with this. Once up I grabbed the kids and told them to try it out (yes we can actually use our outdoor Christmas presents in Houston). They loved it. All four of our younger kids (4,5,6,8) fit just fine. I made close to the ground so they can easily swing and get on/off. Recently I've been watching them and I see them using it as a swinging bed where they just zone out after playing a lot. Highly recommend. Solid materials, easy set up, a natural kid magnet. Well worth the money.Update 4/25/2017:I initially gave this a 5 star review when I got it for Christmas for the kids (see above), but that has unfortunately changed. Just four short months of use (we live in Texas so winters are nice), same kids, less use than when we initially got and the thing has all but fallen apart. The straps holding the platform started breaking one by one just over 3 weeks ago and now three sides have broken off. It hasn't even been through a Texas summer yet! And it's not like we get snow or freezing rain, just went through a typical pleasant south Texas winter. See picture, it's completely junked. I'll be contacting the company to see if anything can be done, I bought this because of it supposed durability. It's unfortunate because the kids did really enjoy have this as part of the swing set.
