Carbon Steel Gourmet Non-Stick Deep Fryer Set

Dear inquirer, yes it does work on induction. I have an induction top so ignore that iof who says otherwise. It works perfectly on induction, as I suspected it would. It is a VERY small pot, especially for a deep fryer. I doubt you could cook 2 batches of fries in the fryer w/o significant problems/ overflow. It's a nice pot w/ all the promised parts' fry basket, lid. That alone makes it worth the price. I wouldn't make more than a small serving of fries, but so much you can do wellthis set. Love it!
