Sturdy, great size, resists scorching

This is a tough, every-day, workhorse of a pan. It's heavy, uses less water and oil, and cooks evenly. I reach for it just about every day, have owned it for months, and it has never let me down. I need to add other sizes in this same set. I only wish that the lid was glass so I could see how the food is progressing but that is a quibble. It's a great pot.

Buyer beware junk Chinese made!

I would not recommend this pot, after three months of use the pot literally fell apart. Then if you try to get support their webpage is not active. Do not purchase this brand. It's junk Chinese crap.
