Bad packaging. Folded instead of rolled. Created wrinkles

I just received this rug today and I was really surprised that a 9x12 rug came folded up instead of in a roll. I understand it for shipping purposes but now I have wrinkles throughout the entire rug. I like the style of it and it is really nice except for the wrinkles which ruins the looks of it
