Perfect drying rack for small spaces

My apartment's bathroom is long and narrow. There's not a lot of space for a space-hogging drying rack. This drying rack is fully adjustable from folded in half to flat so fits perfectly in my small bathroom. Its easy to assemble and there's lots of rack space to hang clothing. The only thing is that its not "sturdy"-- i need to be careful when handling so it doesn't pull apart. But I don't have to move it around a lot so I'm ok with that. Its a good value and the right size if you need to dry clothing in a small space.

Faulty and lack of customer support

I have purchased two of these through Amazon. The first one started rusting after several months. This was disappointing because they are supposed to be powder coated. I ordered a second one with plans of spraying the new one with a sealant before using it. When I started to assemble it I discovered one of the pegs on one of the arms wears broken off. I tried calling customer support but was on hold for quite awhile. I like the rack itself but the quality is poor as is the customer support.
