Excellent quality, this thing cleans off rugs professionally. No problems yet. The spare parts are right here on Amazon and they are a good deal.

It's was broke didn't work

It great. They have made improvements that are much appreciated. I like the longer hose. I can now reach to the ceiling and not have to pick the vacuum up.

I ordered a new one and received a refurbished one. Its much too heavy. very disappointed.

I did not know that it was refurbished when I purchased it. That was disappointing, although it seems to work fine. I'm just leery of used stuff, would rather have brand new.

Easy to set up and use. Seems like a very good brand and will last for awhile

Absolutely love it! Easy to push (almost goes by itself), swivels beautifully, fits under most of my furniture , picks up very well and leaves no heavy vacuum marks on my high pile carpet. So light and easy to use. I am more than happy with this purchase and have recommended it to everyone that I know that is looking for a lightweight, easy to use machine. It's also bagless and very easy to dump. Remarkable purchase for the money. And, best of all, it's so effortless even my husband with a bad back can use it!!!

Great little vacuum for the Money. Finally tossed the Dyson that I was never impressed with.

This does not self propel. It is very hard to push and DOES NOT come with height adjustments. This information should be clearly written in the description of this product.

I have another Shark rotator, but wanted one for the second floor. This one that I ordered has the attachments set up different, I prefer the setup on my other one
