I ordered this as a gift and won't have a performance review for several weeks but can say it arrived quickly with Prime delivery and appeared to be new and in great shape.

UPDATE: This was a Christmas gift so that's why this update is late. Our son went to use cup for the first time and the inner cup just came right out. You can see the edge edge it broke and the glue did not hold. I think its because the way it was shipped with nothing to protect it. I'm very disappointed he won't be able to use this gift.This cup looks just like the photo. Seems like good quality. The straw is a bit short and does not bend. It also was not packaged well at all! It was loose in the box with the lid, straw, and cup completely separate from one another. Thankfully it was not cracked. The shipping was quick.
