Beautiful, Easy to Assemble, and Toddler-Approved!

Delta Children Windsor 2-Piece Chair Set – Blush Pink ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.9/5) This chair set is adorable, classic, and timeless! It took just 10 minutes to assemble (win), and the quality wood feels sturdy and well-made. My daughter loves it! It gives her a sweet sense of independence. The only tiny downside is a slight wobble; plastic grommets underneath would help. Still, it’s a beautiful, functional piece and well worth the price!

Fantastic ... except irritating gotchas / flaws

This is a really cute little table and chair set that are actually sturdy (weighty enough that chairs aren't tippy and table can handle vigorous preschool crafting without slipping). The assembly is easy (in concept) as pack-flat furniture building goes. It is heavily packaged so get your box cutter and some contractor bags ready because trash day is more work than the building. Now the two major problems: First, with the product, the tolerances & quality control are not adequate. Paint was in the all of the chair bottom and table top receptacles and and on the threaded rods in the table legs. This paint had to be scrapped out before half the parts would fit. Maybe I just got unlucky but getting the pain cleared out was a pain and doing so required additional tools everyone might not have. Much more annoyingly the table top surface has a dime sized imperfection in the finish. Given the importance of wipeable cleanup this roughness is not just an aesthetic issue but also something of a functional issue. Second, with Amazon, my current instance is the second copy I've had. The first copy I got was a joke. It was dumped into a giant cut down appliance box from another big box retailer into which a clearly previously damaged instance (without instructions or hardware) had been haphazardly dumped using broken down boxes from third big box retailer as filler. It's hard to imagine the set of steps that let that product role out in the place of a new product. Of course the online order return system didn't give me a hard time about returning the damaged product for a replacement; however, that really misses the point as I was then left with the project of dumping a bunch of kindling into a floppy chest freezer box and dragging it off to return. In short if you see this table assembled and ready for on the spot QC in a toy store I'd buy it in a minute even at twice the price. Buying this item unseen from Amazon is a setup for at least two potential surprise projects (laughable initial copy [Amazon's fault] and paint removal [product's fault]).
