SharkNinja NV350REF Navigator Vacuum

We bought a Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet (NV750) through Amazon's refurbish program 2 years ago, specifically to clean the shag rug in our living room. It was the only vacuum that we could find that claimed good performance with shag It has lived up to it's reputation. The NV750 is heavy, however, so to avoid carrying it up and down steps, we purchased this NV350. It is 7 lbs lighter than the other, has fewer features, but cleans low-pile carpeting just as well as the higher-end model. A big plus is the ability to adjust the amount of suction using a dial on the handle - it does not "eat" throw rugs on the bare floor setting! All of the attachments were included with the refurbished NV350, including the 24" crevice wand, which also fits the NV750. We've purchased a number of Amazon-refurbished items over the years and have been pleased with their performance - no problems or need to return.
