ReelWorks 3/8" x 50' Retractable Air Hose Reel

The unit looked good and showed no indications of being used. I liked the feel of the hose itself and was pleased to see that the unit would swivel side to side when attached to the wall. The issues I had were that the hose would not latch or lock into place upon extending the hose and once extended, whether just a short amount of or to full extension, it would not rewind properly which kept causing the hose to “bind up” on the reel. I elected to give this unit another chance so a replacement unit should arrive tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 that it works properly because it did have some features that made me want to try it out. If it doesn’t work again then I’ll move on to a more “heavy duty” setup.
