On the one hand it’s just a laundry basket. But it is a $40 laundry basket. Having said that... Assembly was a lot harder than it should have been. The sides were difficult due to poor tolerances. Didn’t notice until I put the caps on. The side poles should have just slid into place and clicked. But they didn’t. They didn’t line up right. I had to push the poles in while applying pressure to manipulate them into position. After completed assembly. One side is higher than the other and all wheels don’t make even contact. It looks and feels like it’s twisted. But it’s a laundry basket. Not like It’s an airplane or something that should have a better fit. But it is a $40 laundry basket, so my expectations were set a little higher. ** MOST CONCERNING ISSUE ** Is the smell. Bags are treated with a coating, which has left a STRONG chemical smell I don’t believe they allowed bags to properly air out before packing. Hoping the smell doesn’t linger in my clothes after I was them. In closing I think if they improved quality control they will have a pretty good product. But again it’s a laundry basket. But also a $40 laundry basket.
