Not a white owl

My Owl arrived yesterday and is a light grey not a white owl like the picture-not real happy the quality is good and arrived quickly-I would like to return it and get a new one if they the could provide a white owl as pictured. Replacement owl was also grey-had to paint it myself didn't have time to keep returning-the people they use for quality control probably shouldn't be color blind.
