SONGMICS 3-Bag Rolling Laundry Sorter Cart

I bought this after spending way to much time with massive laundry piles that needed to be done. I needed something to organize future laundry and this works great. I was a tad nervous due to some of the lower reviews and customer service reviews, but there was also a lot of high ratings as well. This was fairly easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. When we got done putting this together, we realized we had handles that were way to long for the actual item. I was able to reach out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful and fast. I told them what the issue was via email, and they responded within a day. I was only asked to measure certain parts and to send them the measurements, and then within two days I received my replacements that are the correct size. There have been reviews about issues with customer service, but I did not have any issues at all; in fact they were very helpful and quick to respond. This cart is rather sturdy, seems well made and holds a lot of clothes. The wheels are a nice addition, as it makes lugging clothing around much easier. I live in an apartment, and this is still a necessity - you don't have to have a large house to need this item! I would recommends this product to anyone who needs to save space in a small laundry room, has multiple rooms to gather laundry from or would just like to organize. I bought this because I have a small laundry room, and it needed to be organized. This was a perfect fit.
