Fiesta Merengue Multi 13-Piece Knife Set

We've had this set two years and many of the pieces are starting to rust. We hand wash all of them, but many are still showing signs of rust. I've had several other knife sets for much longer and used a dishwasher for many with no issue. This is disappointing from the brand, but I suspect they outsource to a third party with them not being dishes or similar. The knives are listed as "China Stainless", so I question the quality of the source.
