My Favorite Table Tennis Balls on the Market

I play a lot of rabble tennis at work and I will always bust out a 3-Star for an important match. Beat spin control, best consistency and best long term bounce.

BUY FOR BEER PONG. NOT TABLE TENNIS. TOO LIGHT. NO CONTROL. I ADVISE AGAINST THIS PRODUCT.

I am an avid table tennis player. I am a league member. I play 4 times a week at least 2-4 hours each day, some days I play longer. I play competitively. I wanted some balls to train with and play with. I believe in training with the same balls I will compete with. I chose these 3 star rating balls. They claim to be Superior Quality for Tournament Play, ITTF Regulation Size and Weight and USA Table Tennis (USATT) Approved offering Superior Bounce, Spin, and Control. I basically copied and pasted the details here. These details are far from the truth. As soon as I hit the ball, i felt a difference, but not in a good way. The ball looks a little thin a bit of a transparency. Felt thin as well. And when I hit it, it felt light. I hoped it wasn't. I was rallying with another player, just warming up. We kept at it, and it seemed lighter than it should as it flew through the air. I didnt feel enough weight against my paddle when I hit it. Finally I asked the other player what he felt about the ball. I didnt want to put any words in his head so I purposely didnt ask him if he felt it was light. I asked him what he thought of the ball. He said he feels a bit light. It was the same way I felt. We rallied a little longer and finally stopped. The ball dances in the air a bit. Sways to easily. Very light. NOT REGULATION WEIGHT. NOT ITTF WEIGHT. I DOUBT THEY ARE USATT APPROVED. I dont know about the size. The size looks fine. NOT SUPERIOR BOUNCE, SPIN, CONTROL. It was like a leaf blowing in the wind or a plastic grocery bag on a road as cars breeze past it. NOT SUPERIOR QUALITY FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY. I was playing in a tournament and we decided it was not good enough. I wouldnt even train with them. Whey train with a quality of a ball, that I wouldnt compete with. To me, I wouldn't be preparing myself for a real game. These balls are good for beer pong. Not table tennis.
