Best Investment for Keeping Rambunctious Kitten Duo Occupied! (Cream Skyscraper)
By Terpsichore on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2017
I have two 8-month-old, rambunctious kittens who love to zoom through the house. Bought the Cream Skyscraper so they could zip up and down it, rather than screens and curtains, as well as to sit and watch the birds and Squirrel. At the time it arrived, sad to say, one of my little guys was sick and did not even notice the new "toy" in his room. Well, that evening after the vet's home visit, he climbed up the top platform, let out sigh and went to sleep. The next day he was better and now both kitties spend their hours hanging out and playing on it. Best investment ever! Although, I said to my husband, "What cat would ever use that little round hammock?" Well, the next day the smaller-sized kitten spent the whole day curled up in it! It is now his favorite spot sleeping in the round hammock or watching tv from the trampoline. They totally love the Tarzan rope, which swings back and forth. Sometimes one hangs his tail down, too, which adds to the fun of things to thwack. The tree house is pretty sturdy, but I can see it needing tightening up periodically. See how it holds up as the kittens get larger. They've already figured out how to sharpen their claws on the roped posts. Assembly: I thought the instructions were clear. Assembles bottom up with each piece numbered by a label. Holes all aligned. All parts accounted for. The only problem, for which I would deduct half a star, is about the top pieces that spring onto the ceiling. The instructions do not specify how the parts assemble, beyond the two fur pole pieces. I am left with two identical long, white plastic pipes, one short one that is a bit wider, a long spring (finally figured it fits inside the fur pipe) and a round plastic top. Still have to figure out the best configuration (there are no instructions or photo) or maybe just put a screw in the wall somewhere to keep it from falling over.

Delivered without the hardware. Couldn’t set it up. Had to return it. Frustrating because it’s heavy and hard to get back in box and then carry big box to return it.
