Great for Bread

Use it for cooking break at 500F twice a week for the past two months and it has held up like a champ. No problems whatsoever.

Very happy with this product. No problems with rusting on the rim as had been reported. It is good and heavy and the ceramic coating is high quality. I think it was a great value. Update: had product 3 years. Normal use. Enamel is coming off bottom. Never been over heated, always hand washed. It should be a lifetime pot, it's not.
