Easy to clean

I love this skillet so much. It’s all the best parts of a cast iron skillet, but easier to clean because of the enamel. Most of the time I simply need to wipe it out after frying (and then I use antibacterial wipes and dry). The heat distribution is excellent and much more even than my other skillets. And it’s deep enough not to make a huge mess with oil.

Mixed results

This is a good size and performs reasonably well as a cast iron fryer/skillet. The ceramic coating on bottom is not very durable. After about six months of normal use, the enamel began to flake off with every additional use.
