2-Slice Toaster w/Crumb Tray

I guess you get what you pay for. This toaster was listed as originally $100 discounted to a third of that so we bought it expecting a quality bargain. Straight out of the box we realized we'd bought a dud. It's lightweight and tinny. The manual -- which doesn't even give an address for the maker -- says setting 4 produces "a golden color." In fact, setting four gives you charcoal black on one side with white the other. Experimenting with other settings was equally disastrous. Can't even return the thing because we bought it through Woot which we thought was an offshoot of Amazon providing compensation for duds. Woot doesn't take returns and hides behind "buyer's remorse." An all-around bad experience for us.
